Formula 1: The Basics and Beyond

On Thursday, October 13, Future Forum will present Formula 1: The Basics and Beyond. Bruce Knox, Executive Vice President of Circuit of the Americas, will join us to look beyond the news to learn more about Formula 1 in general and the U.S. Grand Prix to be held in Austin next November. We'll hear about Formula 1's history and the basic details about the cars and drivers, as well as the impact on Austin: economic, technological, and infrastructure-wise.
The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the 10th floor Atrium of the LBJ Library and Museum. A reception will follow. Non-members will be charged a $10 guest fee at the door. Please register online to attend.
