Please join us on Thursday, April 22nd at 7:00 pm to discuss the Future of Medicare. Although many of us give little thought to Medicare, the Medicare crisis affects us as taxpayers, children and grandchildren of Medicare recipients, and potential consumers of Medicare.

This event is held in conjunction with the conference, Big Choices: The Future of Medicare for Older Americans http://www.utexas.edu/lbj/research/chasp/events.htm, hosted by the LBJ Library and the LBJ School's Center for Health and Social Policy. Our evening will begin with a panel discussion and will be moderated by Dr. Ken Apfel, Sid Richardson Chair in Public Affairs, LBJ School of Public Affairs. Panel discussions will be followed by a Q&A session.

Our panelists will be Marilyn Moon Vice President and Director of the Health Program at the American Institutes for Research and Stuart Butler, Vice President of Domestic and Economic Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation. Please join us for what promises to be a thought provoking and informed discussion.
